Kamisia Women Self Help Group and the people of our community heartly appreciate STADA water drillers and Lifewater Canada for the successful completion and commissioning of the water project. You embarked upon this project as a selfless contribution to humanity and social welfare to the people in our community through Kamisia Women Self Help Group. People living in Kamisia Women Group community in Kenya's Kisumu county would collect water from a shallow well. The shallow well's water was not clean for drinking but the residents could not afford anything beyond that. However, Lifewater Canada partnered with Stada Kenya to drill a new well for the community and install a hand pump. For the first time ever, the community of Kamisia Women Group has a source of clean and safe drinking water, which is their new communal well. |
