When the hand pump on Kawuor village well stopped working, the flow of clean water also stopped, seeing that the village well is the only source of clean water in Kawuor community. The residents had to seek other sources of water, unfortunately, every other alternative was a dirty source of water.

Thankfully, Lifewater Canada funded the repair of the broken hand pump, so that the grateful community of Kawuor had access to clean and safe drinking water.
